A member asked:

My eyeball seems a tiny bit higher than other eye. not sure if new or old. i can't afford to see ophthalmologist .signs of proptosis? no thyroid issue

Old pictures: I would recommend that you dig up some old pictures and look to see if there are signs of proptosis in the past. If there are this may just be something benign that you should monitor for change. If you do see a significant change in the pictures, then thyroid disease may be something you should discuss with your primary care provider to work up.
