What is the most likely cause of delayed suprep? 12 hrs in and still going. bowels are continually making loud bubbling noises, like they are angry?

Did you mean that: you had done a bowel prep and are still having diarrhea 12 hours later? It's not terribly unusual, and loud bubbling sounds can be expected as fluids rush through your bowels as part of a clean-out.
