Home pregnancy test: it is unlikely that you are pregnant, but it's not entirely impossible. Home pregnancy test will be positive if you are pregnant and 7 days after your missed period. Get a HPT at the drugstore and you will know for sure.

Do a test: Tubal ligations do have a failure rate but rarely after 5 years. You need to check a pregnancy test because if pregancy occurs after a tubal ligation it is often a tubal pregnancy. Be safe. Do a pregnancy test.
