A member asked:

Would it be too early to be having pregnancy symptoms within 11 days of unprotected sex?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You could: Be having pregnancy symptoms 11 days after conceiving, with nausea or breast tenderness or needing to urinate more frequently. Though most women don't notice symptoms that early. However an over the counter pregnancy test won't be reliable until 2-5 days after the first day of the missed period.
