Benign: Occasional muscle twitches, especially of the eye lids occur in normal healthy people and are not a cause for concern. Unrelated to your question: Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Myokymia: That's the medical term for it. Causes are several, from stress, tiredness, alcohol, eye strain, caffeine, dry eyes, nutritional imbalance, allergies, etc. Consult your doctor.
