Usually not: Some people will develop a high potassium usually those with kidney disease diabetes very rarely people develop allergic reaction usually people can take it for years without any long-term side effects

Probably none: In females look out for pregenecy not recommended to use .If no allergy reaction like angio edema it is acceptable .also check for renal function
