Go to CDC: All of these sexually transmitted diseases can present with no signs or many signs. Go to the Centers for Disease Control and review the individual diseases for complete details. Make sure you have access to good PRENATAL care. Your OB can draw your blood and test your urine for STDs and HIV. Good luck!
