Dry patches: You could have something as simple as Athlete's foot (tinea pedis) which is a fungal infection on your feet caused by excessive sweat and the growth of micro organisms on your skin. Try over the counter topical antifungal creams twice a day. If it does not resolve, see a specialist, as you may have eczema, psoriasis, or other skin irritations caused by dermatitis/environmental factors.
