i've been coughing up green stuff for 5 days now. mostly in am. tired & allergies. what could it be?

Sounds: like a respiratory infection due to the green phlegm, fatigue and fever. I suggest heading to your physician or ER to be examined, maybe blood tests and a chest xray. You may need to start antibiotics as well. But do not delay. Drink lots of fluid.
