Late for Menses?: If your urine pregnancy tests are negative, it is unlikely that you are pregnant, but a blood pregnancy test is more sensitive. Also, depending on your age, being late for your period is not unusual. Some of the symptoms can be those of mild PMS. If you had any spotting or bleeding, it could be considered a period. If you missed your period, you many get it if about 3 weeks.
