Your question??: I don't know your question, but please understand that you should remove the Nuvaring after 21 days, then insert a new one 7 days after that. This will give you 28 day cycles. If you leave the ring in an extra 7 days as you've been doing, you won't get the maximal contraceptive effect. Please review the Package Insert. Best wishes.
