wht is disadvantage after doing push up? is it causes vetebrate cant growth? i mean height will stop increasing? should i do this while my age is 15?

Won't stunt growth!: Push ups are a great way to improve muscles in your arms, chest & back. Any exercise for teens (or adults) can cause problems if done wrong, though. With teenagers, learning from a qualified instructor is the best way to exercise safely without causing harm to your growing joints, by too much or too little exercise or improper techniques. See ask a coach or PE teacher at your skill that you trust

Growth spurt: Different for boys and girls. In girls approx 15-17 yrs or three yrs after menarche. In boys, 20-22 yrs.
