Won't stunt growth!: Push ups are a great way to improve muscles in your arms, chest & back. Any exercise for teens (or adults) can cause problems if done wrong, though. With teenagers, learning from a qualified instructor is the best way to exercise safely without causing harm to your growing joints, by too much or too little exercise or improper techniques. See ask a coach or PE teacher at your skill that you trust
