How do i gradually taper off 10 mg daily lexapro (escitalopram)? i have been on it for about 7 months and have a 1 month prescription (30 10 mg tablets) left.

Lexapro (escitalopram) taper: One option is to taper by 2.5mg. every 4-7 days until you are down to 2.5mg. daily, then take 2.5mg. every other day until you run out. A better option isto discuss with your prescribing doctor who knows you best.
