Molluscum contagiosa: its impossible to be sure without seeing or biopsing one of them, but this is a strong possibility. Go to a dermatologist who may freeze, acid or freeze them off. There are also several topical products that may be prescribed. These are wart-like growths that are contagious so be careful!
