Get it checked: We can not tell you what it could be as you say you have always had this pain.Did you ever consult any Doctor for it and had any tests done I suggest you consult your Doctor and he wiil take a detailed history and examine you and if needed order Xrays or MRI test to make a diagnosis and treat appropriately

Could have it checke: At your age common cause will be back strain or sprain due to positioning. Have an examination will help rule out serious causes of back pain
