No need for worry: Aortic aneurysm most often occurs in people older than 50. Uncontrolled hypertension and smoking are risk factors. Your total cholesterol is high, but that's only because your HDL (good cholesterol) is so high. Your 'bad cholesterol' is OK. Avoid tobacco and drugs, exercise regularly and follow a healthy diet. If you do, your risk of aortic aneurysm will be low.
