Diabetes: Fruit can be controlled by insulin if you have type 1 diabetes. If you have type 2 diabetes you need to pay attention to food intake (includes fruit) and you should exercise at least twice a week. I like the online prgram "NuVal" because it list 100 items of all food and drink intake with the range being 100 (very good) or 1-20 (anything but good for you.
