Physical fitness: It may be that you have developed post-traumatic discogenic problems, but would ponder rheumatological diagnosis, such as ankylosing spondylitis. A physiatrist should be consulted, and some physical therapy could be employed to allow you to perform ongoing appropriate exercises on a regular basis. Stretching and fitness will do wonders.
