Yes but unrelated: Several ways to address your question: yes, you could have symptoms as noted after hysterectomy but you could also have those symptoms prior. Certainly, i wouldn't recommend surgery for those symptoms alone! And depending upon type/route of surgery, yes, vaginal pain is expected after vaginal hysterectomy. Of course, if ovaries left in place, then hormones could still cause issues. Talk 2 your GYN
