More Info Needed: Any type of surgery in the abdominal or pelvic cavity can cause discomfort in the future. Sometimes adhesions can form and cause long-term pain, but recent surgery can cause abdominal/pelvic discomfort. When was the surgery? What specifically was performed? How long have you had the pain?
