How can my due date be june 4th if i found out i was pregnant august 8th?

It is "estimated": Your due date is only a best guess or an estimate based on your last normal menstrual period, your clinical exam and ultrasound findings. It is not an exact or reliable prediction of when you will have your baby who may be delivered 10 to 12 days before or after June 4th and be an "early term", "full term", "late term" or "post term"...baby. It is best for your baby to remain insideyou till 39 wks

How as your due date: determined? If by an early ultrasound the ultrasound is most accurate. Am ultrasound in later pregnancy can be off by a couple of weeks. Discuss with your OB who is most familiar with our pregnancy.
