Depends: If the part being studied does not include the pregnancy then the abdomen can be shielded and virtually no radiation will be delivered to the fetus. While most diagnostic exams will not have any immediate effects there is always a concern for increased risk of inducing malignancies in the future for the irradiated fetus. Least radiation is always preferable if possible.
