Not an exact science: Everyone is different in how they look throughout their pregnancy but if your OB isn't worried about your weight then you shouldn't be either and I guarantee he/she is keeping tabs and they should be measuring you at each appointment. Around 30 weeks, each twin should be weighing a little less than 4 pounds each, give or take, but that's an average too.Don't worry, place your faith in your doc :-)
