Get prostate exam: blood in semen and dark stool suggests blood in stool ....have prostate exam and a prescription for Bactrim or cipro (ciprofloxacin) to rule out prostate infection. Don't delay because it can be more serous.....high PSA test can be infection or prostate cancer....it takes a while to get through all the testing so don't waste time getting in.

Unrelated: The semen discoloration is likely due to changes in your prostate due to aging and is not a cause for concern. Unless your stool is tarry black that is not a cause for concern either. You may address both of the issues with your doctor at the next visit.
