Does an absence of a period mean i may have a difficult time getting pregnant? 2 mos without a period, only slight spotting but still severe cramping.

Not oovulating : Yes. There are multiple causes of irregular periods. Most common is low weight, obesity, PCOS. If you want help figuring out why your periods are irregular, see an OB-Gyn or a family doc experienced in Women's health. You can still get pregnant so if you dont want to be pregnant, use birth control!
