Not too long: I don't see anywhere where it's saying you need to be concerned too much with how soon you intake alcohol after taking this medication, but if it's a new medication for you maybe wait at least an hour or so to see how it affects you as part of the medication sometimes can make people drowsy but not commonly. Thus alcohol would just enhance that effect and thus would need to control your intake.

No interaction: Aprodine contains pseudoephedrine and triprolidine. There is no major interaction between alcohol and these medications, however triprolidine can make you drowsy and alcohol will increase these effects. Since you are ill and requiring medications it is a good idea to refrain from alcohol for 48 hours after your symptoms resolve to give your body time to heal.
