Are there other cancer treatment besides traditional medicine/quemotherapy?

Forgive my frankness: If you have cancer, even a little basal cell carcinoma on your nose, it will eventually kill you, period, unless you have appropriate surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy. The alternative medicine community ranges from people who offer labor-intensive comfort measures that can help to the most cynical, cruel, and dishonest charlatans who will play anyone for a fool.
