A member asked:

Could the immunomodulatory effects of ucda potentially mask a problem with the immunoglobulins? eg in aih or pbc? when the globs are used to aid in dx

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: immumoglobulin problems are rare apart from obvious serious congenital insufficiency which I will assume you do not have, and monoclonal gammopathy high will not be masked by the minor effects of these meds
