Try an antacid: Common remedies include Tums (calcium carbonate) or even Prilosec which can be found over the counter now. Also try to stay away from trigger foods: pepper, spicy, caffeinated drinks, citrus fruits, greasy, fried foods etc. Try to eat the last meal of the day at least 2 hours before bedtime. Please consult with your PMD for a follow up.
