It is not: uncommon for ovarian cysts/masses to grow quite large before causing any symptoms. Treatment/follow-up will depend in part on the specific sonographic characteristics of the cyst. Surgery could be indicated due to size alone. Please see your gyn for follow up.

You'd be: Surprised about what can be "hidden" inside the body and you have no symptoms. Just make sure you have follow up for a cyst of this size.
