My headaches are very intense and 3 rounds of antibiotics have not helped they say i have complete opacification of the sphenoid receeses and sinuses?

Sinusitis : Sinusitis may require surgery. Like many infections, antibiotics alone may not be enough. Modern minimally invasive sinus surgery is less invasive and is often an office procedure. It can usually be done with endoscopes and balloons instead of chisels and drills. See an ENT specialist!!
