I have pain in my left upper side stomach what could it be?

Many possibilities: I suspect you're referring to your abdomen (portion of body), not your stomach which is an organ inside the abdominal cavity. Spleen is up there. Transverse colon meets descending colon in that part of abdomen. Stomach & pancreas are more towards midline. Of course, pneumonia sitting on diaphragm could also be painful. Maybe a kidney stone on left flank? Best to go see ur Family Doc for evaluation
