Don't worry: Sorry for your surprise, yikes! Don't worry about harm to the fetus, birth control pills have never been shown to cause any congenital defects or abnormalities in the fetus. In all reality the dose of hormone in the birth control pills is a tiny tiny fraction of that produced naturally by your placenta during the pregnancy. I would just make sure you are getting regular prenatal care.
