See eye doctor: Rarely, an immune response the virus occurs such that subepithelial deposits of antibody complexes occurs. This can occur within the pupilary axis causing glare. I wonder if the inequality of pupil size is due to this phenomenon. Regardless, I would get an urgent ophthalmologist appointment as topical steroid may be indicated. Good luck!
