Depends: Antibiotics should only affect your period if you are on birth control pills or other hormonal contraceptives. If you are not on hormonal birth control, it is common for periods to vary, but you should consider a pregnancy test if you have had unprotected sex. Congratulations on your exercising, this can sometimes affect periods.
