Do pregnancy test: Plan B may disrupt menstrual rhythm. Just to be sure, do a home pregnancy test, and if it is negative, repeat in 3-4 later, if you do not get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. Practice safe sex. Get HPV vaccine.

Good to check: Most urine pregnancy tests will be positive 4-6 weeks after your last menstrual period, which may be about 2 weeks after ovulation (usually about 2 weeks after the first day of your period). Not every episode of unprotected sex will result in pregnancy. The $10 pregnancy test from the drugstore is the same as a hospital urine test.
