Remember: There is no "magic bullet" for weight loss - not even prescription pills or surgery are perfect. Your best bet is to focus on a healthy diet rich in colorful vegetables and fruits, healthy fats like nuts and oily fish and most of all, make sure your portions are reasonable. Don't forget to be active too. As an aside there is limited data about vinegar(? apple cider vinegar) and weight loss.
