Answer in time: In this situation, if you are culture positive and sure you have gonorrhea conjunctivitis then your symptoms should clear up within a few days to a week from treatment without antibiotic drops. If not improved in a week, then consideration of antibiotic resistant GC and another trip to the doctor is warranted.
