Needs emergent help: If in fact it is a brown recluse, you must take him to the emergency room regardless of his behavior. It would be important to bring the spider in with you on some sort of container alive or dead. I can say that these types of spiders are oftent misidentified, however when they do bite, time is VERY important in terms if treatment. Hope this helps!
