Negative: You have circulating antibodies that bind to 2 of the proteins on the Lyme disease panel. A high percentage of people who have never been exposed to Lyme's disease will have such antibodies. A person who is infected would be expected to have more antibodies that bind a higher percentage of the proteins in the test. It is not a perfect test, but this is a negative result.
