On birth control had light period but idk if i can get pregnant from fingering. his hands are clean but stomach feels/sounds odd now. paranoid??

You get pregnant: when sperm meets egg, which doesn't happen unless there is sperm on his fingers. (This is so highly unlikely to cause pregnancy for other reasons...) Stomach feeling and sounds being odd don't sound related unless you are stressed too much, or there is some other medical condition extant. You can always get some education and reassurance from an OB-GYN.
