How long?: How long has she had fevers? Confirm with different type/brand of thermometer. Make sure she is adequately hydrating as fever results in rapid fluid loss. If the fever has been persistent/recurring, then notify the pediatrician. Ruling out occult infection or Immunology consult may be warranted. Minus the fever, sweating at bedtime is normal. Trust your instincts here and good luck!
