Fungal?: I wonder if you have a fungal infection of the skin inside your ear, called Otomycosis. The other option would be more like an eczema of the ear canal but this would not often be moist. I would suggest you have your doctor take a look at it as it is difficult to diagnose without looking in your ear and that way he/she can properly treat you as well. Best wishes.
