Could be : Mid-cycle vaginal bleeding could be a sign of ovulation. Sometimes the hormonal swings of ovulation result in vaginal bleeding. It could also be a sign of an infection, abnormal cervical cells, a side-effect of a medication, a pill taken late, or the onset of an illness like thyroid disease.
