Vaginal bleeding: Any abnormal, new, or unexplained vaginal bleeding should be medically evaluated. There are many causes, some more serious than others, depending on risks (e.g. STD risk), how much blood, possible pregnancy, contraceptive method, etc. Check with your PCP or gynecologist. If in doubt, best to be seen in person -- for sure if it occurs a second time. Good luck!
