See below: You may wish to get a blood test for HCG that is likely to give a definitive result. Alternatively you could repeat the home test in 4-5 days if you do not get a regular period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. UTI, if you have one, is not likely to cause positive pregnancy test result.
