Probiotic: Live culture yogurt containing lactobacillus is said by many to prevent yeast infections from recurring, & possibly useful in treating them.

Yogurt: There is a prebiotic product called luvena (vaginal wipes). The wipes are not a treatment for candidiasis but do help vaginitis. The average yogurt you buy in the grocery store has dead cultures. Consider eating yogurt with live cultures or kefir. Yogurt with live cultures can be placed in the vagina (some say it helps but there is not clear research to back claims currently).
