See Physician: What type of birth control method are you using if any? are you sexually active? If so, have you done a home pregnancy test? If not,& you are sexually active, would recommend this. Ovarian Cysts can cause increased menstrual pain and spotting and uterine fibroids can also cause increased menstrual pain. Need to see Physician to have exam, lab most likely pelvic Ultrasound for full evaluation
