Period came today 15 days earlier, very very heavy dark red with small clots, no pain, just pall and feeling dizzy, had no sex.. help?

Possible pregnancy?: Although you mentioned "no sex", perhaps you meant since the last period , 15 days ago...if pregnancy were possible in the time prior to the last period, the bleeding may be as a result of a pregnancy outside the womb. See a healthcare provider and obtain a serum HCG test to be certain. If negative, schedule an appointment for examination and testing.
