Yes: Women need to be relaxed to enjoy sex. If you are worried about anything it is difficult to relax. Breast pain also makes it difficult to enjoy sex. If you are taking hormones see your doctor- you may need a dosage adjustment.

Possibly,: if you have anxiety about a breast lump it may be difficult to fully enjoy any activity. However, there is much variability regarding how individuals cope with breast lumps or other adversities.

If you are worried: about anything, including a breast lump, you will have difficulty enjoying sex. Make sure you are getting appropriate treatment and follow up for your breast lump, and then try to relax and enjoy yourself.
